  1. Capt. John Wagner (verified owner)

The Arsenal 66 Type 54 that I received from Ohio Ordnance was in NEW, UNISSUED condition. I am a US Marine and an Infantry Officer. I know firearms, both US and foreign, and this TT-33 “type” pistol is superlative. The bore has no indication of having ever been fired. Springs are tight and without any deformation. Bluing is uniform and unblemished. Fit and finish is milspec. My honest assessment is that my new pistol was manufactured, inspected, accepted, placed into strategic stores, and never came out until the CCP decided to sell them off. Bottom line, would I take it into combat? “Without hesitation, Yes!”
